About Mrs. Brandel
My husband and I reside in Malverne, where we raised our three children.
What is your education?
I am a graduate of Hofstra University with a Masters of Business degree in Finance and a Masters of Science degree in Education. I am certified in Birth through 9th Grade Education.
How long have you been a teacher?
I have been a Catholic School teacher for 23 years mainly teaching middle school science and STREAM.
My favorite Saint is:St. Francis of Assisi - "Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible and suddenly you are doing the impossible."

Welcome Students
I am excited to be back teaching at St. Joseph School this year! We will continue to explore many science topics on the middle school level, including hands-on lab eperiments to reinforce our learning experience. Our classroom is well suited for labs and we will beable to perform them on a regular basis and we will be constantly be discovering!

The first day of school is Wednesday, September 6th with a dismissal at 11 A.M.
Our Meet the Teacher Night is scheduled For Wednesday, September 13th at 7:00 P.M.
I understand how important communication is is between parents, teachers, and students.
