What is your education?
I received my undergraduate degree in Childhood Education, from Queens College. My graduate degree is in TESOL, from Touro University.

How long have you been a teacher?
This will be my second year teaching at St.Joseph School.Prior to teaching at SJS, I worked in the Uniondale School District as an AIS and Leave Replacement teacher.

My favorite quote is:

Welcome Students

Welcome Fifth Graders! I am so excited to be your teacher. I have no doubt that we will have a fun-filled and memorable year together learning a lot of new and exciting concepts. Our classroom will be filled with fun, laughter, and a lot of learning. I look forward to seeing you on the first day of school and learning about each of you.

I am pleased to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year! Thank you for choosing St. Joseph School. I am looking forward to having your child as a student! YOU are important to your child’s success. I encourage you to become involved in your 5th grader’s learning, as well as our school-wide community. I want every child to feel safe, cared about and excited to come to school each day. Our daily activities are designed to encourage independence and self confidence.

Your child will be involved in many different learning activities this year. I urge you to show your interest by asking your 4th grader about the school day and by making sure assigned homework is completed and returned to school. Throughout the school year you will be updated on our learning through the use of monthly newsletters and the Remind App. Please use the link in the Google Classroom to join the app!
